The Universe view is Closerr's unique visual interface that displays your connections in a hexagonal grid. Connections are color-coded using our orbit system to show which relationships need attention, making it easy to see at a glance who you should reach out to.

Green means you've recently connected with this person and everything is good. Amber indicates you haven't connected in a while and should reach out soon. Red means it's been too long since your last interaction, or there's a key date (like a birthday) that needs attention.

Tap on any connection to view their profile, or long-press to open a quick action menu where you can message, call, or schedule a meetup.

You can invite people to connect via email or by sharing your unique invitation link. When they accept, they'll appear in your Universe.

A nudge is a gentle reminder to reach out to someone. When a connection drifts (amber or red), you can send them a quick thought or schedule one for later.

Yes — Closerr includes built-in messaging so you can chat with your connections directly in the app. You can also make audio and video calls.

Tap on a connection and select 'Schedule Meetup' to propose a time. Both of you will receive a notification and can coordinate the details through messages.

Key Dates are important dates you want to remember for your connections — birthdays, anniversaries, or any special occasion. Closerr will quietly remind you when these are coming up.

Go to a connection's profile and tap 'Add Key Date.' Choose the type, set the date, and optionally add a reminder.

Yes — when creating or editing a Key Date, you can set how far in advance you want to be reminded, from the same day up to several weeks beforehand.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data to third parties, and you have full control over what you share and with whom.

Yes, you can remove any connection at any time from their profile page. If you need to block someone for safety, you can do so from the same menu — they won't be able to contact you or see your information.

Only people you've accepted as connections can see your profile information and activity. Your Universe view and connections are private to you.

Closerr is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices. You can also access certain features through our web app at closerr.com, including invitation acceptance and magic link login.

Check that you've enabled notifications in your device settings for Closerr. On iOS: Settings → Notifications → Closerr. On Android: Settings → Apps → Closerr → Notifications.

On the login screen, tap 'Forgot Password' and enter your email. We'll send you a magic link to reset your password securely.
